Signature Massage:
While I specialize in Swedish Relaxation massage and spa treatments, I personalize each session with techniques I have learned from dozens of different modalities I have studied throughout the years. Ranging from Lomi Lomi to Sports Massage to Deep Tissue and beyond. This massage is specialized to each client's individual needs/preferences. Includes a complimentary hot towel.

LaStone Therapy Massage:
Uses both, cold and hot stones to massage the body. In alternation, the cold and hot stones are used to massage the body. This stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems which can aid in detoxifying the body of cellular waste. LaStone therapies are known to relief pain and to ease tense muscles. It is recommended to be well hydrated before this massage as this is a very potent treatment. One hour of LaStone massage is equivalent to five hours of normal bodywork. Not recommended for those who are pregnant or have circulatory conditions.

Pregnancy Massage:
Focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. For this massage the client lies on their side.

Treatments
Spa treatments are relaxing and extremely beneficial to the body. Some are simple while others are complex, but each one has a profound effect on the body! Any of these treatments can be enjoyed a la carte or combined with a massage.
Full Body Exfoliations:
Exfoliation is the act of removing dead skin cells from the outer layer of your skin, which allows your skin to look lighter, brighter, and more youthful while feeling smooth and soft. This treatment also allows for any mask, mud, lotion, or oil to be more readily absorbed by the body, thus making it a perfect complimentary service to a massage or other spa treatment (See Bundles/Packages).

Mud/Clay Wrap:
With this treatment mud or clay is applied to your body and then you are snuggly wrapped while the mud is given a chance to absorb into the body. This is a highly beneficial treatment is perfect for those who need a little extra relaxation or nourishment. Can be combined with other treatments or a massage(See Bundles/Packages).

Herbal Wrap:
In this ancient Egyptians treatment a muslin sheet that has been soaked in an herbal tea is used to wrap the body. This treatment is highly detoxifying and is not recommended for those who are pregnant or who have circulatory problems. Can be combined with other treatments or a massage(See Bundles/Packages).

Ionic Detox Foot Bath:
A 30 min foot bath detox process that uses micro-currents in the water to help transfer ions in and out of cells of your foot. Avoid if you have open sores on your feet, a pacemaker/other implanted electrical device, and/or Diabetic neuropathy. Best results in a treatment plan of sessions once a week for up to 14 weeks.
